Cow wins a Bookmark award!

http://www.vimeo.com/2977822 We’re very happy to announce that we’ve won a Silver Bookmark award in the Best Mobile Campaign category for our recent Grid Mobikasi campaign. The silver award was the highest in the category along with one other Bronze award. The Grid is a location-based mobile social network created by Vodacom. The Bookmarks is South Africa’s biggest Digital Media awards.

GHD goes mobile

picture-5As part of the GHD Style Diary campaign we created a mobile marketing site to get users to sign up for the GHD database, events and newsletters. The site was developed in WAP and we ran various mobile banner ads in order to draw users to the site. The site was commissioned by GHD’s PR agency Atmosphere.

  • GHD Style Diary

    screen-shot-2009-11-16-at-65039-pmWe created the GHD Style Diary microsite to communicate and manage the sign-up process for all related GHD events. Through the site GHD fanatics were able to sign up to become the GHD video diarist, to attend the GHD Revelations fashion event or the GHD Style Lounge (pop-up salon). We used a series of promo emailers that were sent out to relevant bases to drive traffic to the site.

    Cow developed the site on a WordPress backend and worked closely with PR partners Atmosphere who was responsible for the events.

  • Trolley Dash

    screen-shot-2009-11-16-at-51926-pmWe created this online Trolley Dash game to illustrate how doing your usual monthly shopping, can put money back into your Momentum Retirement Annuity. The game is based on an arcade classic but in the Momentum version you have to drive around and collect Save Thru Spend partner logos. When the time runs out the game calculates an average monthly spend with those partners and works out how much money you’ve saved in your retirement annuity with Save Thru Spend. Play it here.

  • Save Thru Spend paper-fold drops

    http://www.vimeo.com/8028052As part of an internal campaign to promote Momentum’s Save Thru Spend we created a series of desk drops for employees. The drops ranged from paper planes to origami type paper games that illustrated the Save Thru Spend process in a few easy steps. We worked with illustrator Alex Latimer to develop the campaign look and feel.
